Plugins

PUMOTIX software has the ability to extend the basic functionality by connecting PUMOTIX Plugins. In the current generation of PUMOTIX plugins are supported only for the Client application. Plugin is a kind of additional module that can dynamically connect or disconnect from the mail application. Several different plugins can work in parallel without affecting each other. The safety and ease of use of plugins lies in the fact that they can be connected at any time. An unexpected freeze of the plugin process in the operating system will not negatively affect the operation of the main PUMOTIX application and lose control over the running equipment. 

The current list of plugins for PUMOTIX:

• support for external control devices (pendants).

Plugin manager

Plugins are managed through a special window which an be accessed from the "Plugins → Plugin manager" menu. The window that opens will display a list of detected plugins, version information and brief description of the plugin's features. The plugin is turned on and off by changing the state of the "On" mark (mark No.3 in the screenshot).
