How to Request a License?

You first need to connect the controller to the PUMOTIX CAM to request a license.

Select "Settings" in the "Configuration" menu item. A list of available devices will appear on the main tab of the window that opens.

Attention!

If an error occurs while connecting the controller, follow the prompts to solve it.

All license information, including available, active and inactive features,  their expiration dates and owner data, is available in the PUMOTIX CAM License Manager window.

You can open the window in “Configuration” → “License Manager”.

To obtain a license for the selected features, you must click the "Request License" button (located in the middle right), after which a window will open containing the license request code.

You can copy it manually or use the copy button located to the right of the field containing the request code.

After copying through the button, the corresponding inscription will appear in the window.
