Oxy-fuel Cutting Module

The PUMOTIX software with the “Oxy-fuel cutting (4 axis)” module is designed for comprehensive control of the operation of the portal oxy-fuel metal cutting machine with CNC. This module allows you to:
- control the process of oxy-fuel metal cutting by visual inspection and diagnostics of the cutting process;
- control the process of metal processing on the monitor screen, scale the image of the card of figured cutting;
- carry out metal cutting in manual mode, moving over the material with the keys of manual moves with a lit cutting torch;
- control the torch height above the metal in various modes of the system: autonomous Z axis, UP/DOWN control, manual Z height correction;
- perform automatic search of the surface of the material (Probing) before ignition;
- start G-Code execution from any point of the contour (including from the middle of the frame) with automatic switching on of ignition, heating and purge oxygen before the start of movement;
- set cutting parameters in the PUMOTIX program interface with the possibility of their adjustment on the fly during contour cutting;
- quickly create, edit, save, delete sets of parameters of the oxy-fuel cutting process, configured for a specific type of metal and thickness;
- debug the machine and monitor control signals using the Diagnostics tab.
Possible modes of operation of the module:
- work with external autonomous controllers of the torch height of the oxy-fuel torch (CHC-400, etc.);
- control of torch height over metal according to UP/DOWN protocol;
- Z height adjustment in manual mode (using buttons from the PUMOTIX program).
Coordinate axis control: X, Y, Z, A. The number of supported motors is limited by the capabilities of the PLCM controller (for PLCM-E1b/E1b OEM, PLCM-E3/E3p and PLCM-E4 - 6 motors).
