Three axis milling machine | ||
1 | Up to three motors | Up to three motors available. |

3 | Three motion modes | Three motion modes: "Exact path" visits the programmed point exactly with maximum allowed speed, "Exact stop" visits the programmed point exactly with absolute stop and "Constant velocity" mode visits the programmed point aproximately with commanded motion blending tolerance. |

9 | Axis calibration | The calibration feature allows to calculate the value of the motion parameter "steps per unit". To do this, a test move to a given distance is performed and the actual distance traveled is measured. The system will automatically calculate the new value of the SPU and offer to apply the new motion settings. |
10 | Software gantry axis alignment | The feature allows to programmatically eliminate the deviation of the gantry axis of the cnc-machine from the perpendicular to the reference sensors and four marked points. The alignment module looks like as a step-by-step wizard with a detailed description of actions for the cnc machinist and schematic images. Physical fitting of the home sensors of the portal axis is not required using this feature. |
