8Settings ImportQuick import settings from different CNC systems.
9Axis calibrationThe calibration feature allows to calculate the value of the motion parameter "steps per unit". To do this, a test move to a given distance is performed and the actual distance traveled is measured. The system will automatically calculate the new value of the SPU and offer to apply the new motion settings.
10Software gantry axis alignmentThe feature allows to programmatically eliminate the deviation of the gantry axis of the cnc-machine from the perpendicular to the reference sensors and four marked points. The alignment module looks like as a step-by-step wizard with a detailed description of actions for the cnc machinist and schematic images. Physical fitting of the home sensors of the portal axis is not required using this feature.

Coolant and Aspiration
28"Smart" control of the simple smoke aspiratorThe feature allows to automatically control a simple aspiration system of a thermal cutting machine, consisting of one aspirator. There is a configurable delay to turn off the aspirator after cutting to completely remove smoke. The aspirator always remains active during G-code execution. Automatic zoned down draft air table control is available as separate feature.
29Coolant ControlThe feature allows to control the supply of coolant through the standard M-codes. M7 - turn mist coolant on, M8 - turn flood coolant on and M9 - turn both M7 and M8 off.
